Job Responsibilities

• Perform proper techniques and procedures for tree and shrub care including: Tree pruning and removal; rigging; transplanting and installation; and cabling and bracing
• Operate company trucks (often with a trailer) to and from base to job sites.
• Safely operate and maintain all necessary equipment including: chainsaws, wood chipper, skid steer, aerial lift, bucket truck, etc.
• Assist climbers from the ground with ropes and rigging.
• Assist with driving, backing, dumping and parking of vehicles and equipment.
• Provide assistance to Certified Arborists and plant health care specialists.

Qualifications

• Valid MA drivers license with a clean driving record (CDL not required).
• At least 2 years of tree work or landscaping experience.
• This is a physically demanding job, applicants must be able to routinely carry or lift 75lbs, including tree limbs and other equipment. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions and seasons.

Licensing & Education

• Pay is commensurate with experience.
• A valid MA Driver's License is required.
• Opportunities available to obtain relevant licenses and/or certifications.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
