Delivery Driver (Delivering for FedEx)
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. (All positions require weekend shifts)

This job requires you to lift heavy packages by yourself, a lot of walking/running, working on your own with little to no supervision. Long drives and in tight/challenging terrain areas. Work in different/inclement weather. Being able to find addresses and work under pressure. You have to be able to drive vehicles ranging from 10,000-22,000 lb gross weight.

NO CDL required

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes (Delivery routes are in Bainbridge Island dispatched from Fife FedEx Terminal)
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Skills/Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record (no more than 1 minor citation)
• Clean background check subject to FedEx approval. Must NOT have any former arrests, DUI or alcohol related history.
• Must pass drug screening (including Marijuana)
• Must be able to lift 75lbs
• Customer service skills
• Be a team player
• Must be available to work weekends (If you cannot work weekends, please do not apply)
