Our Commerce City location has an immediate opening for a Customer Support position. This full-time (M-F, 8:30-5:00 pm) position.

Aspects of the job include (but are not limited to):

· Working directly with customers receiving samples.

· Processing analytical reports.

· Corresponding with customers.

· Taking some incoming phone calls.

· Prepare sampling kits for customer pickup or shipment.

· Other basic administrative functions.

Requirements Include:

· Strong computer and time management skills.

· Team player

· Ability to pay strict attention to detail.

· The candidate must enjoy working with people.

· Show a stable work history.

· Live within a 15-mile radius of our Commerce City location.

· College degree preferred but NOT required.
