Customer Service Representative

• Greet all incoming patients
• Staff Branch office ensuring hours of operations are fulfilled.
• Responsible to ensure all accreditation requirements are upheld.
• Fulfill all general walk ins, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer or accurately transfer all telephone inquiries.
• Maintain all branch inventories, including purchasing, reconciliation, conducting cycle counts as directed, and all other local inventory issues as directed.
• Fulfill intake requirements as identified by PAP operations and O2/DME operations, to include scheduling of deliveries.
• If instructed, contact referrer to collect required documentation.
• Assist with reconciling Held Item/Authorization report.
• Act as backup to delivery personnel and pap therapy coach, if asked to do so assist with equipment cleanings.
• Assume on call responsibilities during non business hours in accordance with company policy
• Adhere to all of the Company's policies and procedures and compliance with all accreditation standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Develop technical knowledge of the respiratory products/services provided by tthe Branch and be able to provide information of same to others upon request
• Maintain, update and implement patient's plan of care, compliance data and records according to company policy.
• Monitor respiratory supply levels and place appropriate orders as approved by the Branch Manager
• Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company and accrediation standards
• Assist sales rep as needed and assist with all various job tasks

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Dependability is a MUST. Knowledge of Respiratory Therapy and various HME equipment is helpful. Medicare LCD's & Qualifications for home oxygen, respiratory devices, cpap's & bipaps. Communication skills are key. Must be able to multi task in a busy office. Computer & keyboarding skills are a MUST. You will be doing a lot of computer work and will need to know how to effectively use email, google, and several cloud based programs. Word, Excel, Email required. This position also requires you to be on call at minimum of one weekend and week per month. On call pay is included.

80% of job is spent on the computer & phones.

REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Current Valid Drivers License
