Virginia Martial Arts Center (VMAC) is looking for an amazing individual to lead the growth of our 43-year-old martial arts studio in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Our Program Director will:
· Promote the school across all social media platforms
· Manage new prospects generated from monthly advertising
· Follow up with prospective students and their parents
· Promote martial art benefits, explain program fees, and enroll students
Qualified individuals are:
· Enthusiastic, detail oriented, self-starters
· Exceptional communicators, comfortable speaking with parents and students
· Passionate about working with children and adults (ages 4 +)
· Experienced with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
· Able to pass criminal background and drug tests
Hours (Full-time):
Compensation ($30,000 - $75,000):
· Base pay commensurate with experience
· Generous commissions and bonuses based on performance
