Wind River Home Oxygen is seeking a new member to add to our growing team!

We are a local durable medical equipment supplier who services all of Fremont County. We engage in local community events, foster an environment that allows our team to thrive individually and our goal is to create an atmosphere where the patient feels supported, respected, and ultimately like a member of our family each time they walk in the door.

The ideal candidate will be a self starter, highly organized individual and someone who enjoys creating relationships with our clients. The customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison while providing product/services information and assist in the delivery of medical equipment. This individual will act as the first point of contact as customers walk through the door. A typically day to day would include calling medical offices for information, assisting clients in gettting supplies and helping support other staff with basic office tasks. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

Position Information

• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
• Compensated on call rotation consisting of 7-14 days a month

Common Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and be the first point of contact for in person requests
• Help maintain a retail space and understand how to sell the products
• Reach out to medical offices, patients, and other(s) via electronic and phone conversations for medically necessary paperwork and referrals
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Assist in distribution of medical equipment both in office and via an electronic system
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Be willing to learn about new products and engage with the community about what we offer
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Ability to adapt to different clients needs (like being hard of hearing)
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a face paced, dynamic environment
• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
