Comprehensive Financial Consultants is searching for a service-oriented professional to assist our financial advisors. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, able to work both individually and with a team, and possess flexibility.

This is position is based out of our office in Cicero, Indiana.

Primary Duties indule:

• Managing calendars and coordinating meetings for our clients
• Cordinating client and prospective client events
• Using our CRM to record all aspects of client related tasks
• Enter & Submit Client Applications
• Proactive Case Tracking
• Making best use of your time – looking ahead to “what’s next”

Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative support or equivalent experience required. Awareness of financial terms and industry functions preferred.
• High school diploma required; higher-level education preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.
• Possess extremely high attention to detail and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential corporate and client information.
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
