Identify target audience and develop and grow our email/SMS list. Experience with database and analytic tools. Strong Microsoft and Google Analytics skills.

Manage calendars, mail, notices, expenses data entry and filing. Working with mail, calendars, scheduling, invoices, DocuSign, expenses and newsletters.

Acknowledge, greet, and assist guests as needed. Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property. Comply with all resort safety guidelines.

Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
