Position Profile:

The Email & SMS marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of the day-to-day email & SMS marketing campaigns for direct to consumer which includes building audiences, scheduling content, executing campaign tests, validating deployment accuracy and analyzing and reporting campaign data and results.

Education/Experience

BA/BS Degree preferred, or equivalency of 1-3 years related experience in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, and/or Communications.

SEO/SEM Experience.

Understanding of A/B Testing.

Experience with database and analytic tools.

Klaviyo certification a plus.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement direct email/SMS marketing campaigns.

Identify target audience and develop and grow our email/SMS list.

Utilize best practices and copywriting skills on all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammar are correct and appropriate.

Work with ecommerce and the marketing team to approve creative and test all campaigns, ensuring accuracy prior to deployment.

Partner with marketing to build an email content calendar ensuring that requests are created, updated, and scheduled to support business needs.

Conduct regular competitive assessment of email marketing programs and present findings to the team.

Work with the marketing team to execute and optimize consumer lifecycle and retention initiatives.

Partner with manager on email, SMS, and loyalty marketing program enhancements leveraging behavioral signals and consumer engagement.

Submit and test all promotional coupon codes prior to campaign development.

Demonstrate an ability to delivery projects on a tight deadline with high level of accuracy.

Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.

Create Email/SMS databases for lead generation.

Analyze data and results of email/SMS campaigns and share the information with the team through reporting, making presentations, and running meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

This position can be in our beautiful corporate offices on the Yellowstone River in Columbus, MT, or remote.
