We're hiring a full time team member to join MidnighTreats!

The role of a cookie dealer consists of interacting with customers, baking cookies throughout the day, serving walk in customers, packaging to-go/delivery orders, and cleaning at the end of each shift. Additionally, the lead is responsible for delegating to coworkers and making sure the shift is on track.

The pay is $14-15/hr based on experience plus tips which normally bumps the pay up to $16-$19/hr.

We are a small business and we really believe in taking care of our employees and value their input. Our lead role would ideally be someone who is comfortable communicating and sharing their thoughts. The lead needs to be someone comfortable delegating responsibilities, working with customers and staff to workshop any issues that might come up.

Requirements

-Able to work 40 hours per week including at least 1 weekend closing shift (Midnight)

-Comfortable talking with customers

-Comfortable working late (midnight)

-Great at communicating and working in small groups

-Reliable transportation

-Love cookies

--Food service and/or shift lead experience is a huge plus!
