As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Resortments development projects from pre-construction planning through take-off, to onsite management and close-out. This includes ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinating and supervising the work of sub-contractors and other team members

Managing project risks and issues

Ensuring compliance with safety and building codes

Reviewing and approving project invoices and payments

Communicating with the client, stakeholders, and other project team members

Managing project change orders and scope changes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field

Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management

Strong leadership and management skills

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with project management software

Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to relocate to northwest Arkansas region

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish and will be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
