The Project Manager is the primary leader of the project and is directly accountable for the safety, financial performance, and team development on site. They lead the project team in the construction of the entire project. This position is responsible to provide effective leadership to the project staff and ensure quality and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities involved in construction projects.
• Plan work activities to meet project goals and budgets.
• Schedule resources.
• Direct workers.
• Monitor deadlines and costs.
• Hire and manage project managers.
• Provide technical guidance to functional teams.
• Manage project changes.
• Manage project risks.
• Establish project goals and budget constraints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $119,000.00 per year
