Job Description :

PTP is looking for a fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) to serve as the Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) Team Leader for the Hall County area.

IFI is for families with children and teens who are experiencing prolonged distress and crises. IFI is a short-term program of three to six months. Using a solution-focused approach, each family’s unique needs are accessed and safety concerns are addressed. IFI teams use a variety of therapeutic approaches (interpersonal, DBT, CBT, strengths-based) to teach and reinforce new ways to manage problematic behaviors and enrich family connections.

IFI family therapy services are conducted at home, school, or in the community. The focus: strengthen and stabilize the family, their home environment, and prevent out-of-home placements like hospitalization. IFI services also assist youth re-entering their homes after receiving higher levels of care. Crisis intervention and suicide assessment are components of this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full-time caseload (30 face-to-face counseling hours weekly).
  • Collaborate with children, families, schools, and other community members to build skills and achieve treatment goals.
  • Offer effective clinical services through all stages of treatment: Engagement, Empowerment, and Transition, per agency protocols.
  • Comply with all payor and agency service documentation requirements using our state of the art, HIPAA-compliant, electronic medical record system (CareLogic).
  • Facilitate supervision, clinical team meetings, and participate at regular agency trainings.
  • Supervise team of clinicians (2-3 staff).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
