Salary Range

$76,936.00 minimum - $102,581.00 maximum (yearly salary)

Pay ranges are open to negotiation depending on the nature of the role and additional compensation plans such as commissions and bonuses are not factored in.

Summary

Provides efficient and high quality pre-sales and post-sales client service to portfolio managers, traders and analysts. Acts as single point of client contact to coordinate workflow integration, resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues. Effectively delivers implementations of financial product solutions sold to clients in a cross functional team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Educate clients and sales prospects on PANARAY as the subject matter expert
  • Develop understanding of client and sales prospect investment methodology, including mastery of William J. O’Neil methodology
  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to provide client and sales prospects optimized workflow suggestions
  • Communicate platform-related issues and enhancements to clients and internal teams
  • Serve as the technology expert by assisting with platform issues and coordinating solutions with internal resources
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify retention risks and up-sell opportunities on existing relationships
  • Maintain client relationship management tools with thorough meeting and communication notes
  • Assist sales team with onboarding prospective clients
  • Travel U.S. for client and prospect meetings

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Two years of experience in client facing roles, technology or fintech preferred
  • Client management and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data
  • Ability to investigate, analyze, and solve problems, including IT issues
  • Interest in financial markets and how to trade stocks

Working Conditions

Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds. % of Travel Required: Up to 30%. % of Driving Required: Up to 10%
