About the Role:
The COO is responsible for day-to-day technical and programmatic company operations and fulfilling our contractual obligations to our customers. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution and operations & maintenance of projects. The COO is responsible for contributing to project execution strategy, contract risk management, and subcontractor & partner relationships. The COO is responsible for providing frequent updates to the leadership team on project execution timelines, cashflow schedules, execution risk assessments, and staffing requirements for project execution.
This role reports to the CEO. This role has three direct reports: Director of Operations, Director of Projects, and Director of Service. The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. This role is a hybrid role and requires 2 to 3 days of in-person presence in the Headquarters office in Grass Valley, CA.
