Now, Let’s Dive Into The Job…

We are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant. This is a rapidly changing, influential position covering multiple aspects of the business. A can do position where no task is too BIG! We have 70 staff globally, and are trying to build our team further.

The Role covers the following responsibilities:

• Support the CEO on daily tasks for the business
• Implement and action daily plans as instructed by CEO
• Support on multiple multi task projects following through on completion and quality of execution
• Provide reporting to the team as needed, via preferred system and reporting software.
• Support as needed for household duties including light cleaning & tidying
• Assisting HR & management with reach out to potential candidates for recruiting initiative
• Random admin, executive assistant tasks including but not limited to light errands, tidying the home & office, opening packages and putting away contents, processing returns & dropping them off, & more!
• Must love dogs!

Qualifications Required:

• 2+ years as an executive assistant
• Experience working with Google Suites applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good experience and fast with computers, softwares and tech.

Basic Job Info:

Hours: Full Time 40+ Hours

Immediate Start!

Contract: 30 Day initial probation

Type: W2 Employee or 1099 Contractor – to be discussed based on role

Salary: $30,000 to $40,000 DOE

Bonuses: Unique bonus and rewards available, along with lots of progression.

Benefits: We are a smaller worldwide company, so we are currently working on regular US based benefits such as medical, 401k, etc. Right now this is not offered, but we plan to add it soon.
