Shamrock Cartage Inc. is looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The operations manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an operations manager include overseeing and improving performance per shift and securing compliance. Trailer spotting when needed. You should be ready to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

CDL-A not required, however, it is preferred.

• Aid with scheduling
• Some yard spotting/jockeying work involved
• Overall help us maintain and improve our excellent customer service in yard spotting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
