Answering phones / assisting customer or direct calls to necessary person. Efficient in typing and data entry. Sending customer acknowledgments and invoices.

Experience with digital and analog control circuit design and embedded programming. Experience reading and creating electrical schematics.

(Felony violations will prevent the state from issuing license). Must Meet State of Florida law to be licensed to carry a firearm; maintain a current Class "D"

Answers inbound calls and emails to sell MSC products in accordance with MSC culture/ customer service standards. F. Prepares reporting as directed.

4-year degree in mechanical engineering or alternative equivalent experience or combination of education and experience are accepted.
