*While this is a fully remote position, must live in Houston, TX or NYC-area.

Pay:

• 1099 Position with opportunity to become W2 employee
• Initial Base Pay: $25 per hour with lots of bonuses
• Registration Bonuses: $5 per Candidate registration completed
• 7-Day Incentive Bonus: PLUS if you can register 20 Candidates in the first 7 days, we will give you another $100 bonus.
• Procedure Completion Bonuses: Advocate referral percentage bonus once a registered Candidate completes their procedure ($30 - $225 per Candidate depending on age). We expect you to create your own follow up system to contact Candidates you are able to register to help assist them fully fund their Campaign Goal and complete their procedure.

2. We connect Candidates who are seeking reproductive health procedures to Donors who pay for them and to Physicians who perform them.

What you’ll be doing:

• Locating potential Candidates in the your respective area through canvassing different markets using communication tools such as phone, in-person meetings, and by any other high yield means
• Getting Candidates to register on our website -- this is a standard process... i.e. name, username, DOB, zip code, email, phone #, and at least one photo
• Answering their questions, explaining our model to them, assisting them in registering as needed, and addressing their concerns

1. 100% remote position

2. Intelligence, maturity, tenacity, attention to detail, tech savviness, and the ability to learn quickly

3. Bias for action. Results-oriented. Effort doesn't count, only results count. RESULTS = lots of Candidates registering.
