Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field from a 4 year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking. Review receiving tickets verify invoices and approve for payment. Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
