Scheduler/ Front Office Coordinator

Lifetime Roofing and Renovation inc. is looking for a dedicated Scheduler/Call Center Representative to join our fast growing team. We are searching for a responsible, people-oriented, and self driven individual who can coordinate appointments for customers, make outbound calls, and direct incoming calls to proper staff. The candidate must be able to perform data entry and general clerical work. We are a fast paced office with a lot of moving parts. Summary: Primary duties include, setting up appointments with homeowners, answering phones in a professional and courteous manner, and possess strong communication skills. High volume call center experience is desired.

Task

• Schedule appointment for customers
• Answer telephone calls
• Return all voicemail and email messages using proper phone and email etiquette
• Take and relay message
• Ability to understand oral or written instructions
• Assist in other areas when needed
• Fax or email records
• Provide information to callers
• Deal with queries from the customers
• Effectively manage schedule and daily appointments
• Thoroughly and accurately enter and update client and patient information into database.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma/ GED
• Data entry skills and experience
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Call Center experience highly desired
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Must be friendly, outgoing, “people oriented"
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
