We're an established, growing and award winning Brunch Restaurant looking for restaurant / hospitality career minded candidates. As a member of our management team your main goal will be overseeing staff while serving and helping run the restaurant while working scheduled management shifts.

You'll be trained as a Server Supervisor which means we'll train you to be one of our top servers as well as train you to be a floor manager / manager 1-2 days a week. Once trained we will start to schedule you for manager shifts where you'll be the acting manager for 10-20 hours a week.

We require that you have a professional demeanor and great attitude. We're looking for great leaders who want to lead, want to learn how to run a professional business and who are passionate about the restaurant industry. Pay will be hourly pay when server supervising ($hr + Tips) and $21.50/hr when acting as the restaurant manager (with some overtime).

Only candidates who are motivated to move up in this industry will be considered.

Requirements:

• Must live within 30min of Waltham, Ma
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation

• Must be looking to grow with us over an extended amount of time (No seasonal employees)
• Must have TIPS Certification
• Must have 2-5 years restaurant serving experience with a leadership mentality

Compensation:

• $7hr + Tips as Server Supervisor, $21.50/hr as acting Manager
• After 6 months employment 2 weeks scheduled paid vacation

We are an award winning nationally known brunch restaurant open from 8am-3pm during the week and 7a-3p on the weekends (closed Tuesdays).
