At Electronic Alarms (division of American Alarm and Communications) our only mission is to protect people, their homes, and businesses, with electronic security systems and 24-7 alarm monitoring. Today we are currently seeking candidates for our Branch Manager role for Electronic Alarm Group, located in Warwick, RI.
In this role, you will oversee the quality of installations, tests, inspections, and repairs performed at customer sites to ensure the highest standard of quality and safety and the realization of Branch financial objectives. You will assign tasks and projects, as necessary and review accuracy of completed paperwork and documents. Assist the Operations Director in establishing budgets for the Branch and ensures that staff, costs, and deployment are within budget. You will also oversee the administration of performance reviews and recruitment of team members for the Branch.
What you need to apply: The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of Operations experience with increasing responsibility in the Alarm industry. You will have a proven track record of taking initiative and handling numerous priorities at once and must have a strong understanding of Field Operations. A bachelor’s degree in a business field, Electronics degree or equivalent work experience in the electronics field is required. Knowledge of installing, testing, inspecting, and repairing intrusion, fire, access, and video systems including large or complex integrated systems and previous supervisory experience. RI Alarm licensing, Network Certificate, Massachusetts Electricians Journeyman “B” or System Technician “D” license, or equivalent in other states is helpful.
Compensation: Highly competitive salary, based on experience, plus company profit sharing.
