• Record, process and input payments receivable
• Track, invoice and input purchase orders
• Bill and invoice accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Reconcile, track and review Vendor/Supplier statements
• Reconcile and compose monthly financial reports
• Reconcile accounts between Quickbooks and other software
• Process payroll
• Maintain and record all accounting transactions
• Track deviations in financials
• Update ledgers
• Comply with legal requiremnents
• Work with all departments as necessary
