Cape Coral Ear, Nose and Throat Center, is seeking an energetic and friendly medical assistant to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have front desk experience.

Job Duties:

• Verifies patient information by interviewing patient, recording medical history, and confirming purpose of visit for provider.
• Assisting with office procedures.
• Schedule any radiology or testing ordered by the providers.
• Maintains medical supplies inventory.
• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
• Cross trained in Front Office procedures to help assist with scheduling, check in and check out when needed.

Requirements

Bilingual - English/Spanish

Front desk experience

Must have a professional, respectful and a positive attitude.

High School graduate or equivalent. Medical Assistant Certification preferred.

Two years experience medical assisting for a medical office.

We are looking for a dependable person, who strives to do a good job and is reliable. Must have own transportation.
