Job Summary – Established Boca Raton personal injury firm is seeking a full time Data Analyst. Our firm only handles cases representing victims of sexual abuse. Prior experience in a personal injury law office is preferred. Only those with the highest work ethic and superior credentials should apply. We are seeking a Data Analyst with Law firm industry knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing data from business systems, creating data mapping and/or configure documents to develop data pipelines and data layers for BI reports, and supporting ad-hoc business requests. To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical thinking skills and be proficient in SQL and Data Reporting. You should also have some experience working with big data or in an Azure cloud environment. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with various departments to understand their data needs and be able to translate those needs into technical reports. Applicants will be a member of the IT team and will also be required to support IT support requests.

Responsibilities Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in a BI analyst or similar role or 6 years of experience in similar role in with law firm experience.
• 2 years of experience is leading projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Experience with data integrity analysis
• Experience with data mapping, APIs and data flow documentation
• 2+ years of experience working with big data or in an Azure cloud environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with business customers in the law firm industry and translate their needs into technical requirements
• Proactive self-starter, quick-learner, flexible team-player, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task, maintain strong attention to detail, and prioritize work within tight deadlines.
• Experience with data mapping, APIs and data flow documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
