We are currently looking for team players that thrive in a fast-paced work environment to contribute to Dawn's Foods continued growth. This position is offered on a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM with wage based on experience.

Duties may include:

• BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) communication with potential and existing customers and employees.
• Greet customers and vendors at main entry, facilitate check-in according to company procedure.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to appropriate parties.
• Schedule appointments for FedEx and UPS package pickup and delivery
• Serve as main point of contact for customers relating to placing, tracking, and updating orders
• Frequent data entry related to customer orders, invoicing and customer payments. Bookkeeping or basic accounting knowledge preferred.
• Basic accounting duties related to Accounts Payable.
• Maintain filing systems, both digitally and on paper.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exude a professional appearance through in-person and digital communications.
• Works in a team environment and assists others as needed or as instructed.
• Successfully complete all required trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
