• Taking customers’ food and drink orders
• Prepare all drink orders for guest and restaurant staff
• Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, drinks and wines from restaurant wine stock
• Delivering a memorable bar experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
• Setting the bar area and rearranging the area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the bar for special events
• Ensuring bar and bar area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations
