We are looking for Full Time 3D Production Team Workers to join our 3D production facility located in Leetonia, OH. Our full-time team members work 6 hours a day, 6 days a week (Mon. – Sat.) with some overtime as needed.

Our available shift hours are as follows:

B-Line: 6:00 am - Noon

C-Line: Noon – 6:00 pm

3D Production Team Worker/Finisher Job Duties:

• Finish sand cores by performing such tasks as extracting, cleaning, packaging, stacking and/or labeling each sand core
• Ensure a quality product is efficiently completed according to customer specifications.

· Extract print boxes safely, efficiently, and without damaging cores

· Fill out pallet ID tags

· Band and crate finished product for shipping

• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Assist the operator to efficiently produce a quality core and notify the coach of any production/quality problems
• Provide assistance to co-workers as trained and authorized
• Perform the duties of production forklift operator if licensed and as needed
• Foster harmonious communications within the shift and between shifts
• Follow safety rules, work policies and procedures per training/instructions
• Communicate in an efficient and effective manner with co-workers and coaches to ensure jobs are done correctly
• Other duties as assigned

3D Production Team Worker/Finisher Skill and Education Requirements:

• Basic reading and math skills
• Able to understand and follow instructions and procedures
• Able to operate computers (or learn to do so)

3D Production Team Worker/Finisher Physical Abilities Required:

• Walk and stand for extensive periods
• Move with coordination and dexterity
• Climb ladders and stairs, and be comfortable working from heights
• Possess the manual dexterity needed to use hand tools
• Work in tight areas and awkward positions
• Have good eyesight (corrective lenses permitted)
• Lift an average of 30 lbs. per day; lift up to 70 lbs. on a regular basis; lift up to 90 lbs. occasionally; lift over 90 lbs. with assistance as necessary
