HPT Inc. Is seeking a qualified Assistant Operations Manager.

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

- Dispatch water trucks to customer locations depending on customer need.

- Directly supervise drivers to ensure they have everything necessary to complete jobs.

- Oversee truck maintenance and ensure shop tasks are being completed in a timely and cost-effective manner and in a way that benefits the operation of the company the most.

- Ensure compliance with safety training, EPA, Veriforce, ISNET and D.O.T.

- Customer satisfaction and new customer acquisition

- In charge of maintenance of reverse osmosis unit and oil treatment facility.

- Assist with oil treatment.

- Ensure all driver tickets are turned in daily, billed appropriately and keep track of billable VS paid man hours.

- Computer literacy

- Assist with hiring and employee relations

- Self-Motivated

Preferred but not required qualifications.

- Class A CDL with tanker endorsement

- In depth knowledge of the San Juan Basins lease roads and landmarks

- Water truck experience.

- Sales experience

- Oil emulsion separation experience

- Previous supervisor experience

- Mechanically inclined.

- Familiar with all aspects of oil and gas operations

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
