Low-T Center-HerKare is seeking a mid-level provider for the role of Assistant Center Director in the Edmond, OK area.
The role of ACD entails direct patient interaction, treatment of patients through defined, established, and peer-reviewed protocol; along with full evaluation of the root cause of this condition. The ACD shares in the administrative functions that directly impact medical services and collaborates with the CD, operations, and management team in overall success of LTC.
Overview
Low T Center are providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. Currently are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.
Center Directors work in conjunction with a physician medical director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido), and aesthetic services (some locations).
Compensation Package:
- Generous RVU based compensation package with guaranteed base, and no caps or limits for Saturdays (average $400-$450 per Saturday)
- Major medical, dental, vision, malpractice insurance with the tail end coverage, 401K with company matching, and group life and accident insurance available
- Annual CME allowance
- Paid Time Off
Requirements:
- Licensed Physician Assistant, Advanced Practice Nurse, or equivalent
- DEA Registration current, pending
- Open availability during clinical hours Monday-Friday & a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- A minimum of 2 years practice experience
Clinic Hours:
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Closed from 1 PM - 2 PM for lunch
