Shift: Saturday-Wednesday, 7am-4pm.

Essential Functions:

• Address any dispatch related issues that come up after hours.
• Field calls from drivers related to breakdowns, accidents, and other equipment related issues.
• Work with terminals to assigns resources to meet customer requirements under company and regulatory agency mandates.
• Enters complete and accurate data about the customer's orders into the computer system.
• Communicates with customers, employees, and other terminal locations to ensure customer's requirements are met while getting the most efficient use of available resources.
• Handles emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Checks drivers' hours of service and maintenance condition reports of selected equipment.
• Issuance ofEFS to address repairs and breakdowns.
• Provide drivers with 24/7/365 access to live assistance when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Candidates must have knowledge of DOT regulations, safety polices, and other Regulatory bodies having jurisdiction over motor carriers.
• Experience with Outlook (E-mail) and AS400 is desired.
• Trucking Industry background a must.
• Clear written and verbal communications
• Work well in a team environment.
• Must maintain confidential information.
• Ability to analyze and resolve situations and problems.
• Must have a talent to handle multiple priorities and projects.
• Better than average skills working with computer programs.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Trucking/tank truck or Logistics experience
• Preferred qualifications· Associate's or bachelor's degree
