Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy (TAI) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team to treat a range of orthopedic conditions and a spectrum of demographics within our Oregon Medical Group clinics. Our 20+ year partnership with OMG has evolved into physical therapists being the primary care provider for musculoskeletal conditions. Our fully integrated model of healthcare delivery within the OMG clinics provides our patients with the highest level of comprehensive care. It provides clinicians with easy and robust access to information and communication across your patients’ healthcare team.
TAI serves patients at four OMG clinics in the Eugene area and in addition to delivering excellent patient care, we have built a solid reputation for creating a great learning environment (some of the company’s primary mentors and many current and former Ortho Residents are here!) and having fun together.
TAI specializes in orthopedics and manual therapy and we pride ourselves on our one-on-one patient care and strong relationships with referral sources. We are committed to consistently delivering an excellent patient experience while also maintaining an outstanding employee experience. This is demonstrated through prioritizing continuing education and mentorship, identifying professional growth opportunities, investing in our communities, and monitoring, responding to, and improving our patient experience.
