Duties would include:

o Providing customer service & technical support for customers

o Providing technical consulting and developing project plans

o Configuring, installing & supporting all network infrastructure including computers, servers, switches, firewalls, storage appliances, and printers

o Configuring, installing, and supporting Microsoft 365 Productivity and Security services

o Configuring, installing & supporting Networks Plus managed services

o Maintaining detailed documentation of customer network infrastructure

o Analyzing, monitoring & making recommendations to improve performance of networks

Education:

o Bachelor's degree, preferred

o Associates or Technical degree, required

Requirements:

o A+, Network+, or Security+ Certification, preferred

o Microsoft Associate level Certification, CCNA, SSCP, or equivalent, recommended

o Advanced understanding of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems

o Excellent communication (both written & oral) and interpersonal skills

o General awareness of technical troubleshooting processes and procedures

o 1 year experience direct end-user-facing customer support, preferred

o 3 years' experience IT service & support, preferred

o Self-driven and motivated to provide excellent service

o Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

o Residency within 30 miles of Manhattan, KS

o Driver’s license and good driving record required

o Will require training related to Networks Plus managed service product line to be completed within 6 months of hire.
