Adult Nurse Practitioner

A primary care office where you will develop a patient following to evaluate, diagnose and treat your patients with the assistance of a complete office staff and a physician in the office. We do not see patients younger then 18 years old. We do not perform Gynecologic examinations. The bulk of the practice is preventative medicine, physicals, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy, musculoskeletal complaints etc. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends. No on call responsibilty. Patients are scheduled one every half hour with extended time for new patients and hospital follow ups. Further details upon request.
