Job Description :

HR company in Mt. Sinai seeking part time administrative help to assist existing staff with multiple functions. Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Candidate should have general business experience and some familiarity with HR functions including payroll, benefit administration and compliance. Ability to answer phone calls to assist both clients and employees and direct calls to appropriate staff members. Maintain filing system, handle mailings and email distributions to clients and employees and assist staff in payroll preparation.

Position requires computer knowledge with Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn a proprietary computer system.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
