Job Description

DuBose National Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a full time Accounting Representative at their Clinton, NC location.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Daily preparation of accounting transactions and data input to the accounting systems.

Verify Accuracy of transactions and data input.

Preparing accurate financial reports.

Maintaining & Organizing accounting records.

Researching and Resolving discrepancies.

Performing task by corporate policy and accounting principals.

Provide Assistance to the Accounting Manager with monthly, quarterly and year end close.

Departmental assistance with routine and special projects as needed to meet corporate deadlines.

Requirements:

Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent of 3 years accounting experience.

Competency in Microsoft Word & Excel with advanced Excel Skills including V-lookups and Pivot tables.

Ability to work independently and as a TEAM.

Excellent Oral & written Communication Skills.

Time Management Skills.

Ability to stay on task to meet deadlines.

Adaptable to changing work duties.

Courteous and Professional.

Keep Confidential Records.
