The hourly rate for this position is $23.00.

All part-time employees are eligible for the following benefits on the first day of the month after their date of hire:

Specific duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance in RFMS banking system
  • Run reports in RFMS and analyze data
  • Monitor status of incoming deposits for SSA
  • Filling out SSA representative payee reports
  • Manage resident accounts in RFMS
  • Obtaining appropriate approval prior to processing invoices/requests
  • Send monthly invoices to guardians
  • Correspond with SSA and Medicaid to rectify issues
  • Daily cash deposit through Panini
  • Daily mail distribution
  • Billing, general ledger posting to accounting software
  • Assist in preparation of annual Audit
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

Associates Degree
