American Industrial Sales of Berlin, WI is currently seeking a full-time or part-time, experienced and qualified Accountant /HR to add to our office team. We are looking for a candidate who is professional in both attitude and appearance, organized, reliable, self-motivated, works well with others. American Industrial Sales, LLC is a small owned business operating 50 people.

• Oversees the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year
• process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger payroll and utilities
• Perform HR duties such as maintaining employee personnel files, maintaining employee handbook, and coordinating employee hiring.
• Administer Company employee benefits, such as PTO, retirement, and insurance.
• Coordinate communications with Attorney, CPA, Insurance agent and Financial Advisor
• Previous bookkeeping/ accounting and general HR/Benefits administration experience required.
• Must have experience in QuickBooks
• month and end-year process
• accounts payable/receivable (entering bills, paying them & invoicing)
• cash receipts
• general ledger
• payroll
• yearly capital assets reconciliations
• account statement reconciliations,
• check runs
• Previous bookkeeping experience required

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
