Constellation Health, a growing Home Health, and Hospice Agency, dedicated to delivering excellent quality and compassionate care to our patients, is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to work as part of our sales team as an Account Executive to focus on hospice. The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding business opportunities in Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Physician Offices.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for generating Medicare referrals for home care and hospice by building relationships with social workers, case managers, wellness directors, physicians, and key decision makers. Responsibilities include market analysis, developing a sales strategy, quarterly goals, and plans, conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.
Qualifications
This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, compassionate, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Recent healthcare marketing or sales experience is required, and clinical background is a plus.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of recent healthcare marketing/sales experience is required
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical

- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
- Excellent oral/written, communication and interpersonal skills
