This role is 100% results based as you will be paid Per Placement with the ability to be converted into a full-time role with full benefits. We are willing to train the right person. The duties of a Recruiter include:

• Recruiting and evaluating job candidates to achieve objectives.
• Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans, objectives, and discussing needs with managers.
• Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. This includes providing information on the organization, opportunities, and benefits, making presentations, and maintaining relationships.
• Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
• Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranging management interviews by coordinating schedules, travel, lodging, meals, and arranging community tours. This also involves escorting applicants to interviews.
• Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers and conducting interviews using a consistent set of qualifications.

Minimum qualifications for the Recruiter position include a minimum of one year of experience recruiting in the relevant industry environment, such as Drivers or Construction.
