Goler Shoes is looking for an IN-HOUSE qualified Website Master (Web Manager, Digital Manager) AND Social Media Creator with an
analytical and CREATIVE approach to problem-solving and a proven working knowledge of managing websites successfully. Please, ONLY LOCAL inquiries will be taken into consideration, this is not a remote opportunity.

As our Website Manager, you must demonstrate knowledge and passion for all web-related issues, such as
web analytics, keyword research, security audits, content creation, web marketing, content management
systems (CMS – specifically WordPress), web development, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

Our ideal candidate will constantly strive to improve the quality of our company’s websites.
Website Manager job tasks and responsibilities:
Plan, monitor, upgrade and manage the Goler’s website.
Respond to technical queries and solve website-related issues.
Implement and monitor website security and be part of the first line of response (and defense).
Liaise with other IT partners such as developers and security experts.
Make necessary code adjustments and/or plugin updates as needed.
Create website audits and follow up with data-driven recommendations and appropriate strategies for
action.
Create new website content aligned with Goler’s overall strategy.
Improve the overall user experience and increase website conversions with A/B tests.
Ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets Goler’s high standards for excellence.
Create pull strategies to grow subscribers and increase web traffic.
Ensure full compliance with digital laws and regulations.
Keep up to date with the latest industry best practices.

Website Manager Skills and Requirements:
At least 1 year of previous work experience as a Website Manager.
Expert knowledge of WordPress and current W3C Web standards.
Working knowledge of web programming languages (HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, mySQL and
JavaScript).
Ability to develop easy-to-understand monthly reports.
Troubleshooting expertise to identify, prioritize, and resolve website technical issues.
Ability to create outstanding web content to drive qualified traffic and generate leads.
Deep understanding of web analytics tools.
Advanced ability to multi-task and grow in a fast-paced working environment.
Software Familiarity -
A PLUS: Have Graphic Design + Social Media + Web Design familiarity.

+ Cloud Computing: Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, etc. (for sharing assets)

+ Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, Gimp, Canva, etc. (for developing assets + promotions for the website)

+ Social Media Skills: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. For Scheduling, Preferred: Buffer, TweetDeck, Social Pilot, etc.

+ Task Management: Asana, Trello, Google Tasks, Basecamp, Copper (formerly ProsperWorks), Monday.com, etc. (must be able to multi-task, keep a regular content calendar, and launch promotional campaigns on schedule)

+ Collaboration/Meeting Software: Skype, GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar, Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx, Connect, Slack, etc. (must be able to effectively communicate with vendors and Goler staff)

+ Marketing: Infusionsoft, ClickFunnels, LeadPages, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, GetResponse, MailChimp, Moosend, Hubspot, Omnisend, GetResponse, AWeber, etc.
(should be familiar with how to develop and implement a successful email marketing campaign with leads generated from Goler's website and other promotional strategies).
