VP - Product Manager - Optimization Strategy

CCB has undergone a massive transformation to a product-aligned organization, which has allowed us to accelerate our focus on customer experiences and the underlying foundation that powers them. The Digital Channels team is looking for a Product Manager, Optimization Strategy, who will be responsible for making our products better, smarter and more personalized by leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs, data intelligence, and how to create excellence at scale. Product Optimization includes defining and executing the strategy for deciding how features, offers, placements and messages are contextually exposed within our channels.

In this role, you will be the product manager building up expertise in personalization and recommendation-driven experiences, sharing that knowledge across all lines of business with respect to their interests in digital channels, and defining, articulating and leading the product optimization strategy in partnership with lines of business and others partners across the tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:
  • Define the product strategy for placement optimization and personalization across an ecosystem of Chase's Mobile and Web experiences, recommendation engine, analytics platform, and experimentation capabilities.
  • Be the face of the team working with the lines of businesses dependent on using placements to drive their own business outcomes-become knowledgeable in their specific OKRs, strategies, and needs
  • Become highly knowledgeable in the ecosystem's readiness to support lines of business OKRs such that you can ideate on ways to leverage the ecosystem in support of their OKRs
  • Use your expertise to identify gaps and needs across the ecosystem, and prioritize their development in partner roadmaps, creating your own roadmap to share with stakeholders
  • Define longer range initiatives that advances key areas within the ecosystem, such as the recommendation engine's logic and modelling, the speed and flows of data, and how we leverage experimentation capabilities.
  • Build a library of knowledge, insights, and your BoW to create a center of excellence for our partners and transparency into your team's operations, strategy, and accomplishments
  • Run or actively participate in a range of broad company-wide working groups and forums to share, promote, and advocate for your team's work
