What We Are Looking For
First and most importantly, we are looking for someone with a great personality. Someone who is upbeat, friendly, willing to jump in, not afraid to ask questions, and a team player. For the receptionist position, prior experience in a veterinary hospital or other medical office is a plus but not a requirement. Don't worry, we will train you well on the relevant veterinary subjects if you don't already have that background. However, customer service experience is a requirement, as you'll need to be comfortable interacting with dozens of strangers each day.

What You'd Be Doing
Veterinary Receptionists at our office are the face of our clinic. You need to be upbeat and eager to assist our many clients who come in with their pets. You'll be checking clients in and out, accepting payments, scheduling appointments, relaying messages between clients and staff, answering many phone calls, helping with emails, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
