Vacation Sales Sprecialist

We are growing and looking to add several members to our sales team looking to challenge themselves and build a career with our organization. Your Responsibilities:

• Providing world class customer service and hospitality.
• Communicating effectively.
• Converting leads into satisfied customers.
• Being upbeat, positive and energetic .
• Align closely with teammates to problem solve and support each other's workload.
• Respond to incoming leads in a timely fashion.
• Manage customers and reservations while providing world class customer service.
• Be flexible in supporting different projects throughout the day as priorities change.

The Ideal Candidate is:

• Has excellent verbal and written skills
• A go-getter: you figure out what needs to get done vs having to be told what to do.
• Is passionate about travel, especially to Mexico and the Caribbean.
• Able to build rapport with clients

You will be joining a young energetic staff that enjoys medical and dental plans, profit sharing, bonus commissions, PTO(paid time off), vacation/travel benefits and competitive compensation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
