Positions Summary:

The Unit Manager is responsible for the 24 hours a day, seven days a week management of a nursing unit. Responsibilities include the planning, assignments, implementations and evaluations of direct resident care on unit including the training and supervision of staff, communication with physicians, family members and staff. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations governing Long Term Care facility operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Holds a current Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) license in the state of New Hampshire.

· Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

· One year experience preferred.

· Covid Vaccinated
