SynLawn Tampa company is primarily focused on the artifical grass installation but not limited too. In this position, install lead overeese their teams that work with corporate, residential, and commercial projects. SynLawn Tampa is a customer focused business that goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Installers will need to be technically skilled and capable of using a wide variety of hand tools with the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues as they may arise. Strong work ethic required. Installation technicians will need to be capable of using on-site equipment, removing, and prepping sites for product installation, and installing systems specified for each individual job. ALL installation leads will be expected to professionally interact directly with customers, and answer questions pertaining to the installation process or how to maintain their turf systems for the best longevity of their investment. This position includes general landscape labor, installation of mateiral from turf, rocks, timber, pavers. This person will lead a three man crew to complete the scope as planned.Must be able to handle the demands of installing artificial turf as it is physically demanding for 8 to 10 hours a day outside in Florida.

The qualifications for this position are:

• Reliable work ethic including regular attendance and punctuality with a friendly attitude
• Attention to detail and customer service oriented
• This is a labor-intensive position and you must be able to lift 85 pounds
• Hard-working and team driven
• General construction knowledge (experience in artificial grass installation is a plus)

This position's regular work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and weekend work.
