Experienced Superintendent

Currently looking for a Traveling Superintendent with experience in Retail, Grocery, Big-Box or ground-up Gas Station projects. Experience should include ground-up projects of 15-40M+. This Design-Build commercial builder is a top ENR firm in the Intermountain West. They have a strong reputation across the board in commercial projects. Candidates need to have experience with these types of projects, but other large project experience would be an option. They’re open to all candidates willing to travel who live west of the Mississippi River. They offer a strong salary based on project experience and full benefits, they will customize a compensation package to match what the candidate is looking for.

Responsibilities of the Superintendent

· Work with project team on developing and implementing project procedures, CPM Master schedules, and standards for building.

· Review the work for conformance with the specifications, acceptable levels of quality, safety, and schedule.

· Determine method of construction, material requirements and equipment. Experience with estimating is preferred.

· Mentor and develop team members.

· Coordinate, plan, and supervise work force and subcontractors.

Requirements of the Superintendent

· Solid work history, with long term employment history.

· Experience working in teams to achieve efficient and profitable completion of projects.

· Experience with ground-up construction and team environments.

· Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Project, Excel and Word.

· Commercial project experience with the ability to run large projects successfully.

· Must have strong leadership skills in order to direct multiple projects.

Compensation package for the Superintendent

· We don’t lose candidates based on compensation 90-130K annually

· Competitive salary depending on project experience + annual bonus
