Pay & Training

Training period is 2-5 months during which candidates will be a 1099 contractor at $19.00 per hour. Upon satisfactory completion of training, candidates will be given a permanent position offer and will become an employee and be paid as a W-2 employee.

Schedule

Candidates will work remotely 3 days a week during the first 2-5 months each day for 8 hours. Two days a week they will work at our office in Bethlehem, Georgia as well at a local courthouse within 2 hours of candidates location.

After training, 75% of work will be done at the courthouse and 25% will be done at home.

After training, Candidates will work on title reports at one or more of these courthouse daily: Putnam, Morgan, Greene, Baldwin, Jasper, Jones & Hancock County courthouses. Candidates must provide their own transportation. If you live in or adjacent to any of the above counties this is a plus.

Responsibilities

At completion of training, candidates will be able to

• Manage multiple files under pressure without losing accuracy
• Analyze surveys, deeds, liens, and other legal documents
• Identify issues with real estate title and create a title report
• Effectively utilize courthouse and online resources to create a title report
• Independently research title without guidance

This job requires commuting to various courthouses in the above referenced counties.
