• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including utensils, equipment and dishes.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Set up station with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.
• Prepares ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, stirring, whipping, and mixing.
• Stores leftovers according to established standards.
• Assists with receipt of delivery.
• Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules and dishwashing.
• Assists with orienting new employees to their work area.
